After graduation (2014), she worked in both: private sector and state ones f.e The Multi-Specialist Hospital in Poland, where most of the time she helped patients after orthopedic surgery, with nervous system problems and those who had lack of mobility caused by chronic pain.

She got knowledge and experience in elderly physiotherapy and care where help to restore the patient’s motor skills through a personal rehabilitation program based on empathy.

Acute or chronic back pain affects practically all of us, but thanks to the appropriate approach, problem-oriented therapy and therapeutic exercises, we are able to eliminate the problem and its derivatives, such as paresthesia of the limbs, sensory disturbances and, above all, pain. Katarzyna has extensive experience in postoperative rehabilitation of hip and knee endoprostheses, reconstruction of articular ligaments, anastomotic fractures as well as smaller hand operations.

Our Physiotherapist participated in many sports events, providing care for athletes before and after competicions. Often collaborated with corporations, where she introduced therapies aimed at eliminating the effects of chronic stress in employees, such as bruxism, dysfunction of the temporomandibular joints, tinnitus and dizziness, migraines, nausea, increased muscle tension.

Katarzyna believes that a hands-on approach and evidence-based techniques from around the world can lead to living without pain. Always rational treatment is based upon an understanding of the basic principles of body unity, self-regulation, and the interrelationship of structure and function.

She is an adept at training in Spiral Muscle Stabilization, which is an exercise method that effectively eliminates chronic back pain, strengthens the trunk muscles and improves balance in an environment that is safe for patients at any age.

She has a holistic approach to treatment, using all her experience and knowledge, remembering that everyone is different and deserves a physiotherapy session adequate to their personal problems.
