Pilates & Back School: children & adults

– With gym classes, complementary to the process of rehabilitation or preventive treatment, you will feel well-being. We use elements of Pilates floor method, hypopressive method exercises, global postural reeducation (RGP), myofascial stretching, Feldenkrais method (awareness through movement).
