My name is Ana. I am from Madrid and I studied physiotherapy there at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, finishing my university studies in 2004.
I have almost 20 years of experience and my beginnings as a physiotherapist were in Madrid, where I was interested in treating the body as a whole and not only in the ailment, so I trained for 5 years in osteopathy (finishing my studies at the School of Osteopathy in Madrid in 2012).
Living in a city as stressful as Madrid, I specialised in the treatment of the skull and jaw to be able to improve in the treatment of migraines and bruxism with my training in myofascial release also taken in Madrid (2009).
As an osteopath, I re-educate the posture so that the body works as harmoniously as possible, thus avoiding future pathology.
I work with all types of traumatological ailments (spine and joints). Also at a sporting level (training in ultrasound and postural re-education).
