Creadora y Directora de Fisioterapia Personalizada Move & Balance

Malgorzata Elzbieta Bidiuk

I am Malgorzata Elzbieta Bidiuk, I was born in Poland where I took my first steps as a physiotherapist. Since 1998 I have resided in Spain. I specialize in physical preparation for childbirth, individualized treatment during pregnancy, postpartum, baby development, pelvic floor, posturology, ergonomics. I have extensive experience and I am well-trained in traumatology, sports, post-oncological treatment, scar treatment and physical injury diagnosis.

My motto are the words of Dr. Wiktor Marian Wega (07/12/1896 – 02/16/1995), Polish professor of medicine, an orthopedic surgeon and traumatologist: “The movement may replace almost any medication, however, all medicines together will not replace the movement”

Throughout more than fifteen years of experience as a physiotherapist I have enjoyed the profession in different healthcare, socio-health care and sports fields, both public and private, in Poland, Madrid and South Tenerife. In each professional stage I have helped my patients to break free themselves from physical pain and improve their quality of life.

I will gladly accompany you in the process of rehabilitation, in preparation for delivery and immediate postpartum. I will help you to eliminate your pain or physical limitations. You will be able to return to your work or participate in your favorite leisure as soon as possible.
