My name is Estela, I am from Tenerife. My link with sport led me to decide to study physiotherapy, which I did at the University of Alcalá de Henares, in Madrid, where I also worked for the first few years.
After returning to the island, I decided to get fully involved in Osteopathy, which has given me a global vision of how the human body works, so important to understand so many symptoms and to be able to be effective in the treatment.
In my sixth year of training, I became a mother, which opened up a whole new world for me and encouraged my interest in addressing the holistic health of women and offering support at different stages.
In recent years I have specialised in physiotherapy of the female pelvic floor, urogynaecology and maternity. Physiotherapy applied to female sexuality and nutrition for pelvic floor dysfunctions.
After 17 years of experience, every day it is clearer to me that I am passionate about my work, and I am here to offer the best of myself and to help you.
